 Verified Splendid I've used this place for over 20 years now. The standard is still as high as I know it. Very nice, clean and friendly staff. Not to mention the scrumptious meals, especially dinners.

 Verified Lovely Stay with Unfortunate Ending We stayed over night on the 20th November 2025, and have done previously. Always received a warm welcome. We take the bigger rooms as they offer under cover parking and as hail is possible in this area, it therefore adds protection for your vehicle. The other rooms have parking but not under cover. We had a nice afternoon tea in their restaurant, but other meals we eat else where. As the position of the hotel offers various takeaways or a Wimpy sit down meal, you are not short of choice for an othernight stay. Only negative on checking out we advised reception that we accidentally had broke a drinking glass, to which the receptionist thanked us for advising. Unfortunately a manger in the adjacent room was not so forgiving and demanded R20.00 payment, which we paid reluctantly. First time in all our travels where we had to pay for accidentally breakage, therefore be careful.

 Verified Business stay over during weekdays. Just a pleasure to have such a place to stay at if you are far away from home. Most friendly and helpful efficient staff. Clean & comfortable spacious rooms. Enjoyed my stay very much. Felt like home although far from home. Nice and quiet property away from the town noises with take away franchises next door.

 Verified Real place to refuel and refresh. Behind the hotel front real oasis. Fantastic place to stay. Clean tidy rooms. Fabulous restaurant..friendly staff. Nice pool and well kept gardens to relax in. Highly recommend. Beautiful gift shop in complex and choice of fast food places. Much improved in the past few months.

 Verified Friendly & helpful staff, great rooms I booked for a work conference and the staff at Mt Currie were wonderful - so helpful & accommodating. They catered for vegetarians - and one vegan! - without any hassle and were attentive and professional. The rooms are really lovely and clean.
